SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY
DUE TO COVID-19 THERE WILL BE SHIPMENT DELAYS.
- Due to COVID-19 ALL orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks upon receiving payment. Depending upon the size of the order, orders can sometimes take longer. Each order is being completed with minimum staff.
- Once order is complete it will be shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail 3-5 business days.
- If you need your order sooner please purchase "rush shipping".
- Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.
- We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.
- If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
- If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day after processing.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
ALL ORDERS can be tracked using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Tracking system.
TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes (if any) in regards to your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
